Monthly Reflection

At the end of each month, I will be posting a monthly reflection for you to try. This is a great way to remind yourself of all the amazing things that happened, or challenges you overcame. Reflecting is a tool you can use to become more self aware, or to learn from mistakes. You can do this by journaling/ just thinking to yourself. 

 

→ I want to invite you to take some time & reflect on the month of June

 

Was it a difficult month for you? Was it a positive month? Was every day different? Did you learn something new about yourself? Did you take more time to relax this month? 

 

  • What are some things you did good this month? 
  • Was there a difficult situation that happened? How did you react to it? What can you take away from this experience for next time? 
  • What were some emotions you felt this month? 
  • What are five things you are grateful happened this month?
  • What are some things to take away from June?
  • What do you look forward to in July? 

 

How did you feel while doing this reflection? Did some different emotions come up? Or none at all? Try to sit with these emotions & notice them without judgement. Be proud of yourself for taking this time!
