MINDFUL MONDAY -
"I inspire others." We all have amazing ideas & insights. Sometimes it can be difficult to believe that we can inspire others. Comparing ourselves to others and imposter syndrome can cloud our confidence. Notice when those negative, self-doubting thoughts come in, and let them pass. Claim this affirmation and say it daily.

Try to be present and notice your emotions this week. It is totally normal to experience many different emotions throughout one day. Just be patient, and notice how they feel. Did something trigger the emotion? Is it uncomfortable? Do you feel happy? Sad? Notice them without judgement & remember they are temporary.
