ESSENTIAL OILS -
Essential oils are a great tool to use on any occasion. They are used for aromatherapy, which is “a form of alternative medicine that employs plant extracts to support health and well-being”. There’s more than 90 different types of oils, and each one can help with different things. You can either add the oils to a diffuser to leave your space smelling amazing, or apply it right to your skin! I like to add essential oils on my wrists or behind my ears like you would do with perfume/cologne. I use the lavender oil every day to help with my anxiety and stress. All you need are a few drops to notice the effects!
