MINDFUL MONDAY -
"I choose myself today & every day." Happiness really comes from within. We need to make ourselves happy before anyone else can. We know ourselves better than anyone else, and know what we need. Do something for yourself today! Cut out that toxic friend, get some coffee alone, or go for a walk. You are in charge of your happiness.

Try to be present and notice your emotions this week. It is totally normal to experience many different emotions throughout one day. Just be patient, and notice how they feel. Did something trigger the emotion? Is it uncomfortable? Do you feel happy? Sad? Notice them without judgement & remember they are temporary.
