MINDFUL MONDAY -
"My feelings are valid." Sometimes when we feel uncomfortable emotions, we can make up excuses as to why we feel them. Every feeling is valid & real. It's simple. They are valid because we feel them! I know a lot of us like to hide our emotions or cover them up because we don't want to feel them, or are embarrassed. This is totally normal.
Remind yourself of this daily and try to accept your feelings, whatever they are. You are valid!

Try to be present and notice your emotions this week. It is totally normal to experience many different emotions throughout one day. Just be patient, and notice how they feel. Did something trigger the emotion? Is it uncomfortable? Do you feel happy? Sad? Notice them without judgement & remember they are temporary.
