MINDFUL MONDAY -
"I am loved." Even if you don't feel it every day - you are loved! I know it can feel like sometimes we don't deserve love, but that is not the case. Feeling loved is our birthright & we all deserve it. Love can come from many different sources like our friends, family, pets, or even a higher power you believe in.

Try to be present and notice your emotions this week. It is totally normal to experience many different emotions throughout one day. Just be patient, and notice how they feel. Did something trigger the emotion? Is it uncomfortable? Do you feel happy? Sad? Notice them without judgement & remember they are temporary.
