Mindful Monday 5/25

MINDFUL MONDAY - Affirmations are an awesome way to start your day. They are positive words or phrases that will uplift you, and declare something to be true. They can be as long or as short as you want. Coming back to these during your day will remind you of what you want to affirm to be true. It is a great way to practice positive thinking as well! The more you say your affirmation, the more they will feel true. I will be posting weekly affirmations on my blog & my Instagram every Monday!

"Today I will be fully aware of my emotions, good and bad." Try to be present and notice your emotions this week. It is totally normal to experience many different emotions throughout one day. Just be patient, and notice how they feel. Did something trigger the emotion? Is it uncomfortable? Do you feel happy? Sad? Notice them without judgement & remember they are temporary.
