MINDFUL MONDAY -
"I am centered and calm." There is definitely a lot of anxiety and uncertainty around the election this week, and the ongoing pandemic. It can be very stressful with so much negativity circulating each day. Just know that these feelings will pass, and everything will be okay.
This affirmation will help remind you that you are in control of your life. Say this to yourself each day, and you will feel more centered and calm. Add in some meditations and journaling, and you will be set.
Try to do some activities this week that help keep you centered. My favorites are journaling, going for a walk, or doing a full body scan. Check in with yourself, and listen to your body. Just remember that everything will work out in the end, even if it's hard to believe in the moment. You got this!

Try to be present and notice your emotions this week. It is totally normal to experience many different emotions throughout one day. Just be patient, and notice how they feel. Did something trigger the emotion? Is it uncomfortable? Do you feel happy? Sad? Notice them without judgement & remember they are temporary.
