MINDFUL MONDAY -
"I am strong & resilient." I chose this affirmation because I feel it is important to remind ourselves of this. Life can be very hard sometimes, and we must remember it is temporary. We are all strong and can get through anything. Resilience is all about bouncing back, and mindfulness is a great tool to help with this.

Try to be present and notice your emotions this week. It is totally normal to experience many different emotions throughout one day. Just be patient, and notice how they feel. Did something trigger the emotion? Is it uncomfortable? Do you feel happy? Sad? Notice them without judgement & remember they are temporary.
