MINDFUL MONDAY -
"I acknowledge my negative thoughts & I release them." I have noticed myself thinking more negatively lately with everything going on in the world & in my life. I am guilty of letting them bother me and cause me anxiety. I chose this affirmation because it is necessary for us to release our negative emotions instead of holding onto them. When we hold on to them, it can create anxiety, anger, and other uncomfortable feelings. Remind yourself of this affirmation daily to release and acknowledge when you do have negative thoughts. Remember, it is completely normal to have them, but we can decide what to do about it! Allow yourself to release it as it no longer serves your highest good. We are in control of our thoughts.

Try to be present and notice your emotions this week. It is totally normal to experience many different emotions throughout one day. Just be patient, and notice how they feel. Did something trigger the emotion? Is it uncomfortable? Do you feel happy? Sad? Notice them without judgement & remember they are temporary.
