MINDFUL MONDAY -
"I'm doing my best & I'm proud of myself." During these tough and uncertain times, it can seem like you are not doing enough. Some people have taken this time to find a new hobby or create something, while others have taken the time to just relax. Both are equally good! Listen to your body and do what makes you feel happy & fulfilled!

Try to be present and notice your emotions this week. It is totally normal to experience many different emotions throughout one day. Just be patient, and notice how they feel. Did something trigger the emotion? Is it uncomfortable? Do you feel happy? Sad? Notice them without judgement & remember they are temporary.
