MINDFUL MONDAY -
"I am worthy." You are worthy of all the happiness, love, and whatever else you want. I know it can be hard to believe this, but it is true! Remind yourself of this daily, especially when you are feeling unworthy. Try to challenge negative thoughts that come in. You deserve all the happiness in the world.

Try to be present and notice your emotions this week. It is totally normal to experience many different emotions throughout one day. Just be patient, and notice how they feel. Did something trigger the emotion? Is it uncomfortable? Do you feel happy? Sad? Notice them without judgement & remember they are temporary.
