MINDFUL MONDAY -
"Everything I need is already within me." We hold the power to do whatever we want in life. Whether we want to be happier, more confident, or better at our jobs, we already have the potential. We just need to look within ourselves first.
In order to do this, we need to become more present & aware of our thoughts and feelings. We can give ourselves love, validation, happiness, and anything else. A great way to practice this is through reflecting, journaling, meditation, or affirmations.

Try to be present and notice your emotions this week. It is totally normal to experience many different emotions throughout one day. Just be patient, and notice how they feel. Did something trigger the emotion? Is it uncomfortable? Do you feel happy? Sad? Notice them without judgement & remember they are temporary.
