MINDFUL MONDAY -
"I am knowledgeable." We all hold valuable knowledge within us. I have found it hard to believe this some days when imposter syndrome or confidence issues creep in. I find myself second guessing, and double checking things I already know, just incase.
Does this sound familiar?
It happens to us all. Sometimes it can be difficult to make it known that we are knowledgeable about a topic & put ourselves out there. Remind yourself of this affirmation when you start to doubt the amazing knowledge you hold, and trust yourself.
You can even make it more specific if you'd like. It can be something like: "I am knowledgeable about ______." You got this!

Try to be present and notice your emotions this week. It is totally normal to experience many different emotions throughout one day. Just be patient, and notice how they feel. Did something trigger the emotion? Is it uncomfortable? Do you feel happy? Sad? Notice them without judgement & remember they are temporary.
