Sound healing, also known as music therapy, is a great way to relax. There are many benefits for the mind and body when it comes to this type of healing. It can be as simple as listening to a certain frequency on youtube, or even a happy song. Many studies have shown that certain sound frequencies can improve mood, reduce anxiety and blood pressure, aid sleep, and help with manifesting.
Sound Frequencies
Sound frequencies are one example of sound healing. There are many sound frequencies that interact and change our brains in different ways. I love throwing on a Youtube video of a sound frequency to boost my mood, or play in the background to help me focus. I also find it beneficial to play a video in the background when I meditate or do yoga!

Practice:
I invite you to listen to a sound frequency video while saying some affirmations. It is said that the frequency 432 hz is great at healing and manifesting. Pull up Youtube, and search for this video.
You can either be seated or laying down for this. Close your eyes, and start the video. I want you to say affirmations to yourself.
Some examples: I am confident, I am loved, I am worthy, I deserve happiness, I am so successful, I am healthy, I am courageous, I am knowledgable, etc.
Try to notice if you feel any sensations in your body. Notice any thoughts that come in, and let them pass without judgement. Notice how you feel after saying these affirmations.
Lastly, journal about your experience!
